By accessing or using chikitsaa.in, you agree to these Terms of Use. We provide holistic homeopathic consultations exclusively for Brijwasis (residents of Brijbhoomi), with no shipping of products—services are consultation-only.
Eligibility: Only patients referred by current or previously cured patients are accepted. Bookings without a valid referral will be fully refunded, and no consultation provided.
Consultation Fees: Patient-determined—pay what you wish (₹1 to ₹20,000). We charge nothing fixed; if there is medicine medicine, it's free/not sold. Fees are fully refundable on demand.
Scheduling: Email preferred for appointments to maintain records. Call at the scheduled time. Late arrivals receive rescheduling; paid amount adjusted—no refund for no-shows.
Prescriptions: Inquire about medications, but no explanations provided. Homeopathy supports permanent cures depending on patient lifestyle; no guarantees.
Changes: Terms may change anytime without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
Jurisdiction: All disputes governed by laws of District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. Exclusive jurisdiction in Mathura courts; actions elsewhere invalid.
